There are four programs that fall under Community Services Block Grant:
This program is all about helping adults who are facing financial difficulties to become independent and improve their lives. If you're motivated and committed to making a change, there are plenty of opportunities for you. This program provides support to help you pursue further education or get the skills you need to land a great job.
Assistance may be available according to needs:
This program helps meet the emergency needs, i.e. rent, utilities, medicine, etc. of eligible families. The program provides rental assistance up to a specific amount to individuals facing immediate evictions.
This program is designed to provide income-eligible high-school students with educational opportunities that targets improvements in academic, behavioral and social interaction, resulting in increased self-sufficiency. Students who complete the program will develop interpersonal skills and leadership characteristics that will aid them in meeting their goals and building healthy relationships. Through the program’s work experience, youth participants (ages15-19) develop strategies for decision-making and learn independence and responsibility.
This program is designed to assist households with enhancing their nutrition educational skills. Nutrition education and identification of resources are provided. Customers completing the training receive food vouchers.

CSBG comprises four programs: Self Sufficiency Program, General Emergency Assistance Program (GEAP), Nutrition Assistance Program, and Youth Leadership Program (YLP). These programs aim to assist socio-economically challenged individuals in various ways to improve their quality of life.
The Self-Sufficiency program supports socio-economically challenged adults in becoming self-sufficient. It provides opportunities for education beyond high school and helps individuals become marketable in the workplace. Assistance may include support for tuition, childcare, books and supplies, and medical needs.

El CSBG comprende cuatro programas: Programa de Autosuficiencia, Programa de Asistencia General de Emergencia (GEAP), Programa de Asistencia Nutricional y Programa de Liderazgo Juvenil (YLP). El programa de Autosuficiencia apoya a adultos con desafíos socioeconómicos para volverse autosuficientes.
