Per CCA Organizational Standards, the agency must conduct the Community Needs Assessment survey every three years to determine the individual, family and community needs for the Chester, Fairfield, Lancaster, Union and York Counties we serve. We request that everyone select an applicable link to them or QR document code that may be scanned by a telephone/computer to access the survey for completion as soon as possible. The survey will be conducted from April 20, 2022 through May 31, 2022.
